Return & Exchange Policy
At Chemy, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. However, due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. What can be returned or exchanged?
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
Wrong Item Received: You received a different design or size than what you ordered.
Defective Item: The product arrives with obvious manufacturing defects (e.g., broken nails, severe glue stains, mismatched patterns). Note: Minor variations in color or pattern due to screen settings are not considered defects.
2. What cannot be returned or exchanged?
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind or don't like the style.
Accidental Damage: Nails that have been damaged during your own application or wear.
Opened / Used Adhesives: Any liquid products like nail glues or tabs that have been opened.
Custom or Sale Items: Any sets that were customized or purchased during a final sale promotion.
3. Return & Exchange Process
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos and/or a short video of the issue (e.g., the wrong item next to your order confirmation, or the defect).
Do not apply or alter the nails. All original packaging and labels must be intact.
Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address (if needed) and further instructions.
4. Refunds & Shipping
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We will ship the correct item to you once the incorrect/defective item is received.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the error was due to our fault (wrong item shipped).
